In "db_functions.php" the "config.ini" path should be "../config.ini" not "./config.ini"

It appears that the in "db_functions.php" the "config.ini" path should be "../config.ini" not "./config.ini". I'm assuming "db_functions.php" belongs in the web root, and "config.ini" one level above?

If I'm wrong, please disregard.
