Unexpected response from key lookup by coordinate #12
Description
Calling
http://geo-ds.appspot.com/api/cells?xy=-20,14
generates a 500 error:

Oops! Yes, I need to redeploy some test data and a stable dev link for running example API calls like the one above. I'll do this in tandem with issue #13.

Worldclim data for California have been bulkloaded to CouchDB and a stable version of the API has been deployed to:
http://stable.geo-ds.appspot.com/api/cells/values
Here's an example call that combines coordinates, cell keys, variables, and coordinates:
http://stable.geo-ds.appspot.com/api/cells/values?xy=-123,39|-123,38&var=alt,bio8&c=true&k=9317-7198,9289-7194
