[Service Registry] Enhance REST endpoints #345
Description
Hello,
please enhance the REST endpoints for the service registry to request registered services/systems/interfaces with a list of ids instead of a single id. This will reduce the network traffic and save time when I want to request single systems/services by its ID.

Relevant for me are the endpoints "/serviceregistry/mgmt/systems/{id}" and "/serviceregistry/mgmt/services/{id}".

How about extending the already existing query params of the:
