Service Registry: List only core systems #270

Currently, nor clients nor System Operators have the ability to list only the available core systems.

The following management endpoint, returns systems. It could have another parameter for listing only core systems.
GET /serviceregistry/mgmt/systems
Return systems by request parameters

Clients currently do not have an option to list systems.
