Install time benchmarks now start with a fresh directory that did not exist before. Also, ensure you've nuked all caches and anything else that could save time.
Also, use
--frozen-lockfileso it doesn't repair. When testing locally, this did not make a huge difference on average only 0.13 s between setups but this is fairer.Will have a look at adding this set up to build steps as well
