The base Raspberry Pi OS image already ships
python3-dev(confirmed in its published SBOM, alongsidegcc/make/build-essential).packages.txtonly lists packages beyond the base (it omitsgcc/makefor the same reason), sopython3-devwas redundant.swigandliblgpio-devstay: those are the real build deps beyond the base thatlgpio's sdist needs (no aarch64 cp313 wheel).No functional change to the flashed image.
