Remove comments that restate the code or duplicate README documentation across the build scripts, workflows, package list, network profile, CODEOWNERS, and Imager launchers. Keep concise rationale for the non-obvious hardware constraints, Raspberry Pi OS packaging behavior, reproducible base image pin, direct Ethernet behavior, and CI emulation.
Validated shell syntax with bash -n, parsed both workflow files as YAML, and ran git diff --check. ShellCheck is not installed locally, so the PR workflow will run it.
