The Bundle_can_be_renamed test (in BundleRename.cs) has been disabled via [ActiveIssue] since it was initially added due to non-deterministic failures. Since there have been no issues around this functionality in six years, delete the test and its associated AppWithWait test asset. Bundle_can_be_renamed_while_runninghas been marked[ActiveIssue]since it was first committed due to non-deterministic failures (sharedTestFixtureacross[Theory]runs). There have been no reported issues in this area in six years, so the (disabled) test wouldn't provide much value.Fixes #38013
