PAL tests broken again after another PAL refactoring

I guess the issue is the same as before:

FAILED: c_runtime/errno/test1/paltest_errno_test1. Exit code: 1

.paltests <PrintPalTests|TestName>
Either print list of all paltests by passing PrintPalTests, or run a single PAL test.

FAILED: c_runtime/errno/test2/paltest_errno_test2. Exit code: 1
