[Preview 4] dotnet sdk check fails when runtimes installed via script

Running dotnet sdk check throws this exception using dotnet preview4.

Can you provide more repro information? The title says that runtimes were installed via scripts, were those the .NET install scripts? How was the SDK installed? What is the result of dotnet --info?

Just to make sure (I don't think it's the case, but still) - is this happening on Apple M1 and is there by any chance an arm64 version of SDK/runtime installed on the machine?

This is on M1. The arm64 SDK was installed but reverted back to x64 by first deleting the /usr/local/share/dotnet folder.

@vitek-karas is this issue on your end? Is it specific to Apple M1?

I believe @mateoatr and yeah, it sounds like this might be downstream of Apple's SIP system, so probably M1 only (where it's enabled by default)

Not sure where should this issue be (that being said, I don't mind moving this to runtime). I'm investigating, but it looks like dynamic linker environment variables (DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH) are being purged, thus failing to locate libhostfxr.dylib (specified in the DllImport).
