I've been trying to get a dump of this for a long time. We get crashes on Windows (this is the 57005 exit code) and Linux (different exit code). I can't get it to repro locally on neither Windows or Linux and our build infra doesn't capture dumps.

We should be able to close this once we start building with a new .NET SDK (#127324 or equivalent). I looked at crashes for the past week and they're all either in the SDK-provided old version of ILC, or actual bugs in PRs that make ILC crash (that we're unfortunately marking as known issues with this ErrorPattern).

All the known issues were fixed and we picked up the new compilers.
