docker-compose build failed on LCOW mode

When I have the following simple Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml file:

Dockerfile:

FROM microsoft/aspnetcore:2.0

docker-compose.yml:

services:
  test:
    image: test
    build:
      context: .
      dockerfile: Dockerfile

docker build works:

C:\repos\test>docker build .

But docker-compose build gives me the following error:

I don't think it'll be in the next release (1.19.0), but we'll see what we can do for 1.20.

@shin- background on LCOW API changes: moby/moby#34642. But I don't understand why it's failing the way it is.

It doesn't sound as relevant but the corresponding CLI PR is docker/cli#474
