'Docker Exec' can be confused with docker cli command

The official Docker cli tool has an exec command so this project's name is confusing and should change. Ideas here.

Names are difficult. I might just drop docker-exec and call the Github organisations dexec. The Dockerhub one already is so images are prefixed with dexec.
