Deprecate Ivy artifact syntax for %maven magic #90

We are still supporting Ivy artifact syntax with the %maven magic. E.g, %maven jakarta.annotation#jakarta.annotation-api;3.0.0. No reason to do that. Let's deprecate it and print a warning when we encounter one.
