Design spec for the
devlyftCLI (Go): architecture, authentication (OAuth 2.0 PKCE loopback, device grant, token), commands and output contract, errors and exit codes, release and testing strategy, delivery plan and roadmap.Review the spec at
docs/superpowers/specs/2026-10-01-devlyft-cli-design.md. Once approved, the next step is an implementation plan; no code is added here.Platform-side prerequisites are tracked separately.
