Thread support for `/jif`

This is a recurring request. Making an issue for it.

The slack integration is basically built around channels. It needs to be extended to work with threads as well. Shouldn't be too bad but isn't a simple switch.

It's not possible to add app slash commands to a thread. Giphy is special cased in the codebase, which is why it works.

I think the worst part is that Giphy has an exception to this. 😭
