fix(desktop): unblock 2.0.1 desktop build #126

Description

The 2.0.1 desktop build fails after #124. The Node sidecar bundle rejects Bun.file and Bun.write in five migration service modules. On Windows arm64, npm preinstall at the workspace root cannot parse the catalog: dependency protocol.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the desktop-build workflow on the 2.0.1 main commit.
2. Observe the macOS/Linux Node bundle guard failure and the Windows arm64 npm preinstall failure.
