Update Front-Facing Name to TritonAI Harness

Rename just the frontfacing portions of the application for now to TritonAI Harness instead of TritonAI Code. Don't worry about the deps for now, just what someone would see, like in the app ui and the app name in the dock and places like that. Keep as light as possible so we can see how it looks before we revamp the whole thing.

• Internal package names, dependencies, identifiers, and broad branding infrastructure are left unchanged unless required for the visible display name.
• A focused search confirms remaining "TritonAI Code" occurrences are either internal, dependency/package-related, or intentionally out of scope.

Risk Notes

• Dock/app display name may be controlled by desktop packaging metadata; verify whether any installer-owned metadata also affects installed app naming before expanding scope.
• String replacements should avoid changing package identifiers, dependency names, signing identities, or release channels.
• Some visible naming may be generated from shared constants, so changes should stay light but still cover all obvious user-facing surfaces.
