The tree ships 23 playbooks, and the README table omitted opening-a-pr. Add the row and change the two README counts and the guide's front-door count from twenty-two to twenty-three. Co-authored-by: lauren <poteto@users.noreply.github.com>

Why
The pstack tree on main ships 23 principle skills and 23 playbooks. The README and the guide still carried counts from before
principle-attack-the-premise,principle-encode-lessons-in-structure, and theopening-a-prplaybook landed, and the README playbook table had no row foropening-a-pr. This release bumps the plugin version and brings the counts and tables back in line with the tree. No feature ports.Scope
pstack/.cursor-plugin/plugin.json. Version0.14.8→0.15.0. This is the only version string in the repo that tracks the plugin.pstack/README.md. "twenty-two playbooks" → "twenty-three" in the intro line and the<details>summary. Newopening a prrow at the end of the playbook table, in the same order asskills/poteto-mode/SKILL.md.pstack/docs/guide/02-poteto-mode.md. "one of twenty-two playbooks" → "twenty-three".pstack/docs/guide/README.md. "The 21 names" → "The 23 names".pstack/docs/guide/08-principles.md. Heading "The 21, briefly" → "The 23, briefly". The body already listed 23.Out of scope: new skills, everysphere ports, logo changes, prose rewrites, version bumps elsewhere in the monorepo. The README principles section already said twenty-three and is unchanged.
