CSScomb error #56

Open

Description

@CLaBruno

I am having the same issue with CSS Comb. I added my Node path in the settings like so:

"node-path" : "C:/Program Files (x86)/nodejs/node",

And I added the path in my system variables as well:

C:\Program Files (x86)\nodejs

When I go to run CSS Comb I am still getting the error:

CSScomb error:
'node' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Any more suggestions?

    @Sim3k86

    In my case system path looks like this:

    %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Program Files\nodejs;C:\Program Files (x86)\Bitvise SSH Client

    • Did you edit user variable or system variable?
    • Make sure you have semicolons between each path
    • If you have 64-bit system, download and install 64-bit node.js and edit system variable

    In addition I've commented out path in CSScomb user settings and left default path in global settings:
    "node-path" : ":/usr/local/bin",
