Prepare the 3.0.0 release after the feature work in #44 and correctness fixes in #50. Bump
mix.exs, update the README dependency and Elixir requirements, and add release notes with explicit upgrade guidance for rotation matrices, Y-axis rotation, shortest-arc quaternion interpolation, Manhattan lengths, and float constructor results.Correct the August 2024 changelog heading from 2.5.0 to 2.6.0. The 3.0.0 entry remains marked Unreleased until publication.
