Added long example - but i can't reproduce this situation (looks like current impl, not handle this situation, options added - but not used)
I will give to this issue low priority, due i am working on resolving/debugging

Unfortunately, long examples (both function declaration and function call) do not react to method declaration/call options (should these be called "function declaration/call" instead?)
Even if I choose "Method declaration parameters" = "Wrap always" and "Method call arguments" = "Wrap always", nothing changes.

Yeap, i saw that. Page show more options that formatter supports. It's more powerful options - for now, it's minor, due i don't have time for all things :)
