cant resolve operators #595
Description
double current = 0;
current += 100000;
current *=0.9;
long testLong = 1234;
testLong += 420;
testLong /= 13;
testLong++;
Console.WriteLine(current);
Console.WriteLine(testLong);
int t = 13;
t++;
t+=406;
Console.WriteLine(t);
consulo cant resolve many different operators

I was using Windows 10 and launching consulo.dist.windows64.zip_3792\Consulo\consulo64.exe file
I have following plugins

Update += and other arithmetic operators are resolved correctly
but there is a problem with implicit converision of types
or does implicit types conversion need other issue to be created
