All jobs were failing at source fetch with a sha256 mismatch on https://github.com/ecmwf/eccodes-python/archive/2.48.0.tar.gz.

Cause: upstream deleted and re-created the 2.48.0 tag on 2026-08-25 (tagger date), after the feedstock had already updated to 2.48.0 on 2026-07-15 (#114). The new tag points at e628059 ("Fix Windows wheel build"), which differs from the original release commit by a single line in scripts/copy-licences.py — nothing that affects the conda package. Pushed 97685d8 updating the sha256 to the current tarball hash.
