Optimize SVG images during build/test #170

✨ New feature description

Optimize SVG images with SVGO during build time.

🤔 Why?

SVGO can optimize/compress SVG files greatly, squeezing more performance out of qit.

❓ How?

context: qit is created with create-react-app (CRA)

• Override webpack.config.js by injecting svgo-loader via react-app-rewired.

➕ Additional context

This might be a bit hacky, requiring some thorough testing after implementation.
