Closes #10. Unit 1 of codellm-devkit/.github#93 (spec). Supersedes #7, #8 and #9.

Three commits, each green on its own:

  1. Merge feat/v2-schema into main. This brings in the canonical spine, the java/python/typescript v2 schemas and the $id registry in check.py. The README keeps both halves: the v2 layout and the IaC contract.
  2. The spine Application gains optional name. Typescript v1.6.3 already emits it, and java and python will follow. It becomes required in unit 4.
  3. Record java v3.3.3, python v1.5.4 and typescript v1.6.3.

The README's refresh section now explains why fixtures must run in place, not on a copy: the app id is the directory name, typescript resolves the fixture's node_modules from the checkout, and python records absolute paths and the git revision.

Verification

  • python3 scripts/check.py: 34/34 ok on each of the three commits
  • python3 -m unittest discover -s tests: 59 tests OK on each commit

feat/v2-schema carried the canonical spine, the java/python/typescript v2 schemas and their samples, but never reached main. The README keeps both halves: the v2 layout and the IaC contract.

Typescript v1.6.3 emits it; java and python follow, and it becomes required once both do. Spec: codellm-devkit/.github docs/design/specs/2026-09-23-application-name-in-analysis-json.md (epic codellm-devkit/.github#93).

…nalyzer-typescript v1.6.3 schemas

Graph contracts are the release assets. Samples are each analyzer run in place on its own fixtures at the release tag. The typescript files are byte-identical to the release workflow's uptake PR #9, which supersedes #7 and #8.
