Capture running but not capturing (Win10)

Noticed today that bitmeter wasn't working. Seemed to have stopped capturing an hour or two after the latest reboot a few days ago. Windows 10 Pro.

Windows Services status showed both capture and web services started. dbdb capstart and webstart confirmed they were running. Stopped and started web to no avail, then capture, which worked.

Realise there's little information here, but happy to poke through some logs if you can suggest which might help.

Seems like I had the same bug: had no activity on web interface, after restarting capture service, it 's working.
