Alternative to GitHub's suggestion comments #89

GitHub allows reviewers to suggest code changes in a comment, which the author can then accept inline. This saves time copy-pasting:

The main blocker right now is CodeApprove not having write access to code (by design!) so a direct commit is not an option.
