feat(mosaic): add headless invite members button - #10585
Adds a ui-less <InviteMembersButton /> component to round out the org-related components
Description for robots
Adds a headless InviteMembersButton that opens the invitation dialog for the active organization when the user can manage memberships, with custom trigger content, elements, and a loading fallback. Reuses the existing invitation flow and shared submission logic while preserving invitation-list revalidation in the organization members panel. Adds localized button copy, feature coverage, Swingset stories, documentation, and a live page at /live/misc/invite-members-button.

Walkthrough
The PR adds an organization- and permission-aware invite button with a localized label and feature tests. It moves invitation submission and rejected-address handling into a shared model used by the members panel. It also adds button documentation, stories, and a live example. The changeset file contains only frontmatter delimiters, with no version entry or description. Passkey integration tests now control conditional mediation through an autofill option.
clerk/javascript#10551 — Both PRs change the invite controller flow; this PR adds shared invitation submission, while #10551 changes completion behavior after unmount or organization/session changes.
clerk/javascript#10458 — This PR adds and registers an invite-button message catalog under a component root, which relates to the localization registry changes in #10458.
clerk/javascript#10502 — Both PRs add reusable invitation behavior and rejection handling for organization invitation flows.

Document the provider requirement for InviteMembersButton.
Without a MosaicProvider ancestor, an authorized user who renders the button gets a thrown error. The usage section does not state this requirement.

## Usage
```tsx
import { InviteMembersButton } from '@clerk/mosaic/features/invite-members-button/invite-members-button';
<InviteMembersButton />;
```
++Render the button inside `MosaicProvider`. Without a provider, it throws for a user who can manage memberships.

Provide usable story code.
The story footer extracts this JSX but omits the fixture declaration. It therefore shows an internal InviteMembersButtonView with an undefined invite variable. The other stories have the same problem. Provide public-component examples or hide these generated footers. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Export InviteMembersButton from the package root and fix the documented import.
The documented import path @clerk/mosaic/features/invite-members-button/invite-members-button is not part of the package's public surface. The exports map declares only ., ./styles.css, and ./package.json. The root entry, packages/mosaic/src/index.ts, also does not export InviteMembersButton. Consumers cannot import the new component from either path. Add the component to the root entry, matching the other public components, and change the documented import to @clerk/mosaic.

Export InviteMembersButton from the published package entry.
InviteMembersButton is absent from the ./src/index.ts build entry, so it is absent from @clerk/mosaic. The documentation instead uses the unexported deep path @clerk/mosaic/features/invite-members-button/invite-members-button, which is not included in the package exports map. Invalidate invitation caches after every successful submission.
InviteMembersButton calls useInviteMembersModel() without onInvited in invite-members-button.model.ts, Line 31. If the members panel is already mounted, a successful invite leaves its invitation rows and count stale. Bulk creation does not update that query cache. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
Revalidate the organization’s invitation queries in the shared model, including when no callback is supplied.

Keep the autofill override effective after authenticator installation.
context.credentials.install() adds another initialization script that sets isConditionalMediationAvailable to return true. Playwright does not guarantee the scripts’ execution order. If its script runs last, the default autofill: false setting has no effect, and conditional sign-in can interfere with the other passkey tests. Make the override effective regardless of script order. Review comment at @integration/tests/passkeys.test.ts at line 26:
The `isConditionalMediationAvailable` override may be replaced by the
initialization script registered through `context.credentials.install()`. Update
the passkey test setup so the `autofill: false` behavior remains effective
regardless of initialization-script execution order; do not rely solely on
registering the assignment before or after `install()`.
