Description

Adds a LogsTable to Mosaic and shows it in OrganizationProfile as a new "Logs" page, following the APIKeysTable model/controller/view split without a create form. The table lists organization activity (Event with its event-catalog name, Member, IP address, Timestamp) with search and pagination, and selecting an event opens a dialog with its full details. Members without the org:sys_logs:read permission still see the Logs page, with a notice in place of the table. The data is sample data from the model for now, and swingset gets LogsTable and Logs panel entries plus a live sandbox page.
