Left a bunch of thoughts, but nothing blocking. Great improvement!

A few notes:
- This lives in
form-error.tsand converts every error to a FormError, but it is and will be used for non-form errors, that seems a bit off. (Just a naming thing really) - We are returning
{}for every unknown error.- We are not dealing with network errors, so those would land here - This is an area where the existing components etc struggle too and an area I think we should try to improve
- When un-localizable errors happen, the caller or downstream consumer might want to handle it some specific way, but the original error is lost, see some discussion at the bottom.
- It's a little weird to me that a pure mapper logs, especially when the downstream consumer might still handle the error explicitly later. Also, there are probably errors that are translatable but where we still want to log the original error, how would we handle that? A log message here kinda rather means "we ran into an un-localizable error of this shape", than "we ran into an error worthy of logging"? Maybe we should use the debug logger to capture that instead, only when debug info is turned on? I don't think we've done that yet in Mosaic so it would be a follow up.
Most of these are NITs and something we can tackle in follow-ups too, this is still an improvement over what we have. 😄
Maybe we should return LocalizableError | UnLocalizableError or something? That way we could type LocalizableError a bit more strictly, and the last one would probably have the shape { cause: unknown }?
I guess errorText should still take both LocalizableError | UnLocalizableError and handle the fallback if it's the second, since that's the behavior we'll want most of the time, but at least this shape gives you the option of doing isLocalizableError() and doing some explicit handling if not.
To be clear, I definitely don't think this should rethrow if it's an un-localizable error, since that leads to unhandled promise rejections when you do .catch(toLocalizableError) (this is an issue we have with our existing helper).

Took this on here in 586f429:
- Moved to
utils/errors.ts. - Returns
ErrorDescription = LocalizableError | UnlocalizableError.codeis now required onLocalizableError, and the unlocalizable side is{ cause }.isLocalizableErroris exported for explicit handling.errorTexttakes both and shows the fallback for the second. Never rethrows. - Network errors: clerk-js throws a
ClerkRuntimeErrorwithnetwork_error, so I added catalog copy for it. They no longer fall through to the generic message. - Logging: kept in the mapper for now, labelled
[Clerk] Could not localize error(324e6e5), so it reads as "hit an unlocalizable shape". Moving it onto a debug logger fits as a follow-up once Mosaic has one.

Sounds great!
clerk-js throws a ClerkRuntimeError with network_error
This is very uncommon. Most network errors are not thrown like that and are instead thrown like the raw error, which will end up as Unlocalizable here, but I think tackling that is a bigger follow-up.

…ame useAction to usePendingAction
toLocalizableError now lives in utils/errors.ts and returns an ErrorDescription: a LocalizableError with a code, or { cause } logged as '[Mosaic] Could not localize error'. Adds catalog copy for network_error. The password form no longer shows the raw message of a non-Clerk error.

Description
Mosaic surfaces showed raw
Error.messagetext when an action failed, and each feature had its owntoErrorhelper to turn errors into copy. This PR sets up one path for errors and moves confirmations, destructive dialogs, inline row actions, devices, MFA, passkey rename, connected accounts, enterprise accounts and the organization tables onto it.ClerkRuntimeErrorwith a code, and the copy for that code lives in theerrors.*catalog (as legacy@clerk/uidoes withunstable__errors).toLocalizableError(cause)inutils/errors.tsreturns anErrorDescription: aLocalizableErrorwith a Clerk error's code, param name and message, or{ cause }for anything else, logged as[Clerk] Could not localize error.isLocalizableErrortells them apart. Locale changes and overrides always apply.useForm, useConfirmationController, useDestructiveControllerand the newusePendingActionhook (inline row actions) are the only callers of the mapper. The feature-level error helpers for connected and enterprise accounts are deleted.userProfilePasskeysnamespace, so it can be localized and overridden.[Clerk] User button action failedinstead of dropping it silently.
