- Update mattpocock/skills hashes in skills-lock.json - Add git-guardrails, implement-spec, loop-me, wizard, writing-for-agents, etc. - Symlink new/updated skills under .claude/skills for Claude Code
- Fail closed without jq/python3; prefer jq then python3 for JSON - Block clean -f variants, branch -D/--delete --force, checkout/restore . - Do not block log --grep, checkout path, restore path (word-boundary git cmds)
