Episode list tab shows "No episodes found." when feeds load while the podcast grid is open #375

Problem. The Episode list tab in the PodNotes view shows "Latest Episodes" with "No episodes found." when the subscribed feeds finished loading while the podcast grid was showing. The episodes are loaded; the view never shows them.

The tab only switches the view state (src/ui/PodcastView/TopBar.svelte:16-24). PodcastView fills the Latest Episodes list only when the latestEpisodes store emits while the episode list is already showing (src/ui/PodcastView/PodcastView.svelte:134-147). Feeds load in the background on startup while the grid is up, so the emission is missed and the list stays empty.

Observed. Obsidian 1.13.7 on Linux (isolated e2e vault), PodNotes at d420a7d:

1. Subscribe to a podcast and open PodNotes. The podcast grid shows.
2. Wait until the feed has loaded (its episodes are in the feed cache).
3. Click the Episode list tab in the PodNotes top bar.

The view shows "Latest Episodes" and "No episodes found." and stays that way (watched for 6 s). Opening the podcast from the grid and then clicking "Latest Episodes" shows the episodes.

Acceptance. The Episode list tab shows the latest episodes regardless of when the feeds finished loading. The known-failure journey test "the Episode list tab shows episodes that loaded while the grid was open" (tests/e2e/journey-feeds.test.ts, from the QA1 journey suite) then reports that the issue no longer reproduces and its marker is removed.
