Playback stops when browsing away from the player #355

Problem. The only media element lives inside the player component (src/ui/PodcastView/PodcastView.svelte:605-606, src/ui/PodcastView/EpisodePlayer.svelte:423-426). Browsing to the podcast grid or an episode list unmounts it, which stops playback. Commands, URIs and the API also act only when the player happens to be mounted.

Acceptance. Audio keeps playing while you browse the grid, episode lists and settings, and commands and timestamp links work with the player hidden. Verified in real Obsidian.
