Podcast search returns only 3 results and cannot add from an Apple Podcasts link #344
Description
Problem. Users report that "Not all podcasts show up even after entering the keywords" and that "The itunes podcast link doesnt work when I copied and pasted" (YouTube comment on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGLfuN15uJY). The search sends limit=3 to the iTunes Search API (src/iTunesAPIConsumer.ts:22), so a common keyword hides the wanted show. Any http(s) input is parsed as an RSS feed (src/ui/settings/PodcastQueryGrid.svelte:60-76), so a https://podcasts.apple.com/.../id<N> page URL fails with "Could not load feed".
Proposal. Raise the limit to about 20. When the input is a podcasts.apple.com URL, extract the id and resolve the feed through https://itunes.apple.com/lookup?id=<N>&entity=podcast, then add it as usual.
Acceptance. Searching "huberman" lists more than 3 shows. Pasting an Apple Podcasts show URL adds the right feed. A unit test covers the URL-to-lookup parse.
