[feature] Add local audio files to take notes on #21

Sidenote: I'm just throwing these ideas out there. I know they probably should encompass a completely different plugin.

This plugin is nearly what I want, except it would be amazing to source from local audio files instead of taking notes on podcasts. Just taking notes on audio, in general, would give this plugin multiple use cases. I can easily export my phone audio recordings (of music or personal notes or conversations for example) to a source folder for this plugin, and if I can take notes on those; WOW. Gosh, that's magic and game-changing.

Another feature to add to this (even though it may be challenging but I'm getting my ideas out here), is if you can splice and remove chunks of local audio files to record notes on. For example, you have an hour-long conversation recorded, but you find a thought-provoking idea discussed only in a 10-minute portion of it. What if you could somehow refer to that segment of the recording in a note?
