  • M6 — Controlled Go Live

    Prepare a deliberately gated production release using an eToro Agent Portfolio and a scoped Real API key only after explicit approval. Separate live identities, credentials, routes, and operational controls; implement mirror-aware sizing, production risk limits, reconciliation, telemetry, and a kill switch. M4 and M5 exit evidence is mandatory, and initial live exposure must be tiny and reversible.

  • M5 — Historical Backtesting

    Evaluate strategies against reproducible historical data after the read-only and demo integration boundaries are understood. Provide a local console runner, licensed candle ingestion, a shared observation/archive model, simulated time, deterministic replay, execution realism, and evidence reports. This milestone must complete before any controlled go-live.

  • M4 — eToro Demo Execution

    Integrate OrderExecutor with eToro Demo only. Store credentials in Key Vault and access them through Managed Identity; apply endpoint-aware rate limiting, concurrency limits, exposure and daily-loss controls, a kill switch, and reconciliation for ambiguous submissions. No Real scopes, credentials, routes, or live money.

  • M3 — Messaging Pipeline (No Brokerage Calls)

    Prove the event-driven processing boundaries end to end without calling a broker. Introduce versioned message envelopes, Azure Service Bus, PriceGatherer, StrategyEvaluator, RiskGate, and an OrderExecutor stub. Use sessions where per-instrument ordering is required, plus application-level idempotency, dead-letter handling, correlation, and telemetry. The executor records intent only.

  • M2 — Read-only Signal Detection

    Produce recommendations only. A timer-triggered process collects read-only eToro prices according to configured sampling policies, invokes the deterministic evaluator against the XML configuration, records observations and decisions, sends deduplicated ACS Email buy/sell recommendations, and emits Application Insights telemetry. No order messages or brokerage execution.

  • M1 — Configuration Foundation

    Deliver secure administration of watched instruments, exchanges, monitoring status, sampling policies, and support/resistance ranges. Store a versioned XML configuration document in Azure SQL server behind an abstraction, using ETag optimistic concurrency and row versioning. Provide the CRUD API, keyboard-first UI, and Entra ID Easy Auth. No market evaluation or trading.
