Description

@kumarharsh

Isn't there a way to configure the name this command uses? Right now, go clashes with golang's go compiler tool.

    There is not a way right now but that is a very good idea. I will start looking into that as soon as I can this weekend. Thanks for the suggestion and for using go-shell.

    One could probably setup an alias.

    @cameronharp i've been using go-shell for quite some time now, and it's great!
    @matthewkimber If I do setup an alias in my profile, how will it work? Which go will it alias?

    In your profile you could do the following:

    Set-Alias gd c:\Users{username}\Documents\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\go\go.psm1

    I haven't tested this, but it may be a solution. Cameron and I will talk about a possible rename. Personally, I think "gd" would be just as easy as "go" and it will be less likely to interfere with other applications/commands.

    +1 gd sounds good

    Although, adding the Set-Alias command just opens up the go.psm1 in notepad. I'm going to rename go to gd and import the profile, lets see what happens
