Send flow: fiat view is not retained after QR code is scanned #142

How to reproduce
- initiate a Send
- set currency to fiat
- enter fiat amount
- scan QR code
What should happen
The currency should remain set to fiat.
What actually happens
The currency is set to crypto.
Details
- Confirmed on BTC and ETH.
- Doesn't happen the other way; crypto doesn't change to fiat after a QR code scan.
