Bump Codex CLI to 0.159.2 (adds GPT-6.1 Sol to the bundled catalog), switch codex-sol/codex-full to gpt-6.1-sol, and restrict their reasoning suffixes to low/medium/high/xhigh since gpt-6.1-sol rejects minimal. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

gpt-6.1-sol）を Task Board runner から使えるようにします。変更内容
docker/codex-workspace/Dockerfile:CODEX_VERSIONを0.153.4から0.159.2に更新しました。GPT-6.1 Sol は 0.159.1 で bundled catalog に追加されています。codex の Renovate PR は出ていないため、この PR で更新します。task_board_runner.bbcodex-sol/codex-fullの割当先をgpt-5.6-solからgpt-6.1-solに変更しました。sol-reasoning-levels（low/medium/high/xhigh）を追加し、codex-sol-minimal/codex-full-minimalは実行対象外にしました。tests/codex-workspace/task-board-runner-test.sh: 期待値を更新し、codex-sol-xhighと、minimal 拒否のケースを追加しました。docker/hermes-agent/skills/obsidian-task-board/SKILL.md: assignee ごとの割当先モデルと、有効な suffix を明記しました。docs/project_docs/BOXP-198-codex-6-1-sol/plan.md: 計画を追加しました。docker/hermes-agent/Dockerfile:BABASHKA_SHA256を babashka v1.13.224 の正しい値（公式の.sha256と一致する値）に修正しました。Renovate がバージョンを上げた際にチェックサムが更新されておらず、Build Hermes Agent Image が main でも失敗していました。codex/codex-terra/codex-mini/codex-astraの割当先と、既定の terra は変更していません。事前検証
CODEX_HOMEで実行し、codex exec --model gpt-6.1-solが成功することを確認しました。gpt-6.1-solの reasoning levels はlow/medium/high/xhigh/max/ultraで、default はlowです。minimalを指定すると、API が400 unsupported_valueを返します。テスト
