Title

fix(artwork): recover missing covers across screens

Merge gate

Open for CodeRabbit and CI review. Required checks and zero Sonar new-code issues remain required before merge.

Summary

An image could fail on Home while loading successfully on another page, or a blank catalog field could hide a valid show cover. This change gives artwork consumers an ordered fallback chain and bounded recovery, while retaining their existing image sizes and cache identities.

Motivation

Make missing covers recover consistently without repeatedly hitting broken URLs or downloading full-sized images for small cards.

What changed

Normalize and deduplicate valid artwork sources. Episode artwork falls back to show artwork; show-focused cards continue to prefer the show cover.
Keep size-optimized requests first, then try the original URL and remaining sources. Apply bounded retries, failure cooldowns and shared success hints.
Recover failed visible images after connectivity/foreground changes or a successful load elsewhere. Preserve cancellation and prevent retry loops.
Carry fallback sources through artwork used by info pages, discovery, library, player, widgets, share cards and notifications. Expire failed playback bitmap requests instead of caching failures indefinitely.
Preserve usable feed artwork when catalog image fields are blank. Use the shared B-and-microphone mark when no cover loads.
Document the affected modules and add hermetic regression coverage.

Behavior & compatibility

Layouts, playback decisions, ranking, navigation, analytics, media IDs, persisted widget keys and existing image cache keys remain unchanged. No API or payload changes are required. Notification delivery, audiences and sound behavior are unchanged; artwork fetching stays time-bounded.

Covers are less likely to stay missing after a temporary loading failure. When an episode image is unavailable, boxlore can use its show cover instead.

Notes

Separate from the Home redesign in #1110. This PR contains 99 files; most screen changes only supply the shared fallback list. Retry budgets and cooldowns deliberately avoid continuously retrying permanent failures. Automated checks cover the failure conditions that are difficult to reproduce manually.
