Filter on the all queryset method results #10

most filter queryset methods are today made using the list_* boto.swf methods. These methods generally do not provide extensive filtering params.

Let's say that querysets filter method should now take kwargs params, and if any is present,
then filter will instead retrieve all (limited) objects, and manually filter the results.
