feat: /btw command for side questions without interrupting the task

While the agent is mid-task, /btw lets the user ask a question without steering or interrupting the run: fork the current session (context snapshot), prompt the fork concurrently (run loops are per-session), and show the answer in a dialog when it arrives. The main session keeps streaming untouched.
