As the title says. I have made a few changes which are not strictly related to adding Windows ARM64 support:
condato the GitHub release (conda-forge does not currently have an ARM64 release of OpenBLAS anyway.)mesonto find the correct Visual Studio environment on its own (with the--vsenvparameter.)I can switch the OpenBLAS download script to use bash instead if you'd like to keep things consistent in the workflow. Let me know.
