Hand-wired is ok for files or other non-json data (formdata), since that's badly supported by generators. otherwise not

    PR ready for review: #53 (CI green). Adds ts-handwired-http / ts-handwired-model to bdt lint; hand-wired stays OK for files/FormData/blobs/SSE/streams. Dry-run on real repos: MDMApp 23 findings, OneSales 25, CCMT2 1. Not merged; waiting for a human.
