Version bump and changelog roll-up for the two merges that landed after 0.0.28 was cut.

pyproject.toml and conda.recipe/recipe.yaml to 0.0.29; [Unreleased] rolled into ## [0.0.29] - 2026-08-18, with a bullet added for #257, which had none. Auto-publish → Conda Publish does the tag and the release; nothing is cut by hand.

Verified locally: pixi run pytest 1834 passed, 24 deselected; pixi run prek clean.

Summary by Sourcery

Release version 0.0.29 with the stale-cache launch fix and consolidated changelog updates.

Bug Fixes:

  • Make launch handling reject unrecognized base-answer variants instead of treating them as fresh bases, preventing stale-cache launches.

Build:

  • Bump the package and Conda recipe version to 0.0.29.

Documentation:

  • Roll the unreleased changes into the 0.0.29 changelog entry.

Ships two merges that landed after 0.0.28 was cut.

#258: the claude-code feature mounts ~/.claude/skills and
~/.claude/wf-skills read-only. The allow-list had neither, so a
workspace this repo's devcontainer built had no ~/.claude/skills at all
and every skill installed on the host was invisible inside — a wf launch
into a node landing in a session that could not see the /wf skill it was
launched to run. Repo content rather than package content, so the fix
arrives with a checkout of main and a container recreate, not with this
version bump; the release is here so main and the published package
agree.

#257: prepare_cold names both arms of the base answer and refuses an
unhandled one, closing the silent launch-from-stale-cache a third arm
would have reintroduced behind #245's report.

Goes out through Auto-publish → Conda Publish, the same way 0.0.28 did:
no tag or GitHub release is created by hand.

File-Level Changes

Change Details Files
Document 0.0.29 release details and roll up previously-unreleased changes into a dated changelog entry.
  • Introduce a new 0.0.29 dated section immediately after the Unreleased header.
  • Move the previously Unreleased bullets for the skills mount behavior under the 0.0.29 section.
  • Add a new bullet describing the prepare_cold sum-type dispatch fix and reference issue ensure_branch: the three arms that cut a branch from an unfetched cache report it to the caller #245.
  • Clarify that the base-answer dispatch now names both arms and rejects unhandled variants, and that the default branch is a single name-or-why value.
