Project restructure

• Restructure the project folders into src, test and build directories
• Include unity as a testing framework
• Re-write the make file to allow for running tests
• Update local search checking to do a global search next to found points (looped until no additional points are found)
• Update global search to check if a point is inside a rectangle first before checking if it is inside a triangle (faster for the majority of points)
