Record the verified publication of Entity Runtime 0.25.1 after PR 47 merged the executable contracts and current Git planning store. Retain the exact successful tag build, bot release identity, archive checksums and independently checked asset digests; complete the release story with observed evidence.
The record also preserves the separate AEP upstream delivery blocker and verified archive-backed cleanup. ER consumes the already-published and checked AEP revision; AEP PR 61 remains draft. Remaining release-record and CI-observation worktrees are retired after this record merges.
Validation: exact tag release run 36409629222 passed all gates and five platform builds; six published asset digests match the verified bundle; native binary reports entity 0.25.1; current AEP validation passes; independent release review has no findings. Existing 414-scenario conformance evidence is unchanged.
