- verified.json and the planning store's protocols source move to AEP 0.69.1 (eb003e4) after `agentplugins-check tools` (218 spelled commands) and `aep plan artifact validate` under 0.69.1. - 0.69.1 fixes cross-member edges in relate, new --relate and unrelate; no skill teaches them or a workaround, so no text changes. - The eval AEP pin stays 0.68.0: Metaharness 0.9.1, the newest, links AEP 0.68.0, and the pair moves together.
- CHANGELOG: AEP 0.69.1 tracked - workspace, Cargo.lock, every carried plugin manifest and every Skill version line: 0.22.1 -> 0.22.2
