- New activity skill aep:investigating with ten techniques in references/techniques.md: capture before remediation, sourced UTC timeline, onset from state, peer differential, negative claims, ship state, hypothesis ledger, check the check, complete reads, post-incident. - The investigation is an incident-report artifact; observations are health_observation / metric_observation / deployment_result evidence; follow-ups are draft stories related informed_by. - One skill with a catalogue rather than ten skills: R2 allows no plugin without a product and CLI, and R3 names activities in -ing form. Same shape as ess:hardening. - aep:diagnosing and b10x:routing send an incident that cannot be re-run to aep:investigating. README tree, structure, intro, the aep page and the eval corpus README name it; no eval case yet. - story:investigating-skill implemented. task check: exit 0. agentplugins-check tools: aep 0.65.0, 155 spelled commands checked, none of the new ones refused.
- Workspace, all ten plugin manifests and the Skill version lines move to 0.19.0; CHANGELOG gains the 0.19.0 section. task check: exit 0. agentplugins-check tools: exit 1, from upstream drift that predates this release (Tools red on main since 2026-09-28 18:51Z): aep 0.65.0 and ess 0.42.0 are newer than verified.json, and aep:planning spells `aep plan artifact divergences`, which aep 0.65.0 does not have. The aep:investigating commands pass against 0.65.0. verified.json does not move; no trial round was run.
